Will is be a hassle to change managing agents ?
No it won’t be any hassle for you your service charge money is protected by Client money Rules and Section 42 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987; service charge monies must be held in a designated trust account and correctly accounted for.
When we take over the management of a block, the outgoing agent is obliged to provide a fully reconciled fund transfer to us. This will show all financial transactions as well as a list of every Leaseholder’s service charge account . This is managed by the team at Level and will need little or no involvement from a new client.
